Artist Statement

Art has always played a key role in my journey of healing whether through creating my own pieces or immersing myself in the works of others. I work with alternative photography processes to explore new areas of expression. Through my art, I aim to share my individual story and create connections by embracing vulnerability.

My artwork is a bridge between my inner world and the outer world, transforming personal introspection into tangible forms. Each piece is more than a representation of my life; they are intertwined with who I am, who I aspire to be, and a blend of my past, present, and future. My creations are deeply personal, inviting viewers to glimpse into my journey and reflect on their own. Displaying my art publicly is my way of telling others that it’s okay to be vulnerable, to share their stories, and to value human connection.

Experimentation stands at the center of my practice. I experiment with different photographic processes, combinations, and creative processes. Some of my work is created through a “flow state” where I allow my subconscious to drive me through intuition, letting the work reveal its meaning to me itself. By engaging with my work, I hope people will not only see the world through my eyes, but also be encouraged to view their own experiences through a new, more compassionate lens.
